Yes, I do offer competition coaching as well. Bodybuilding is one of my biggest passions so helping competitors bring their best look to stage is a really fun process!

I believe in sustainability when it comes to nutrition. In fact, I am careful to even use the word "diet" because it can trigger some individuals and remind them of unsustainable, miserable diets they tried in the past. If you are looking to try a fad diet like Keto, I will tell you straight away - I am not the coach for you. If you want to learn to EDIT the quality of the nutrition you put in your body, by following a simplistic and sustainable approach that has worked for 100s of my clients, then my coaching is for you. I believe in a high-protein, moderate to high carb, and low to moderate fat nutrition style... ensuring that the way I teach you nutrition is "balanced" and something you can easily adhere to for a lifetime.

Yes, I do create supplement plans for my clients. However, supplements are not a replacement for whole foods but they are meant to fill gaps in your nutrition and help optimize your performance.

This is something I get asked about often and I offer both macro coaching and full meal plans. Which is best for you is going to come down to your knowledge of food, experience (or lack thereof) with tracking in the past, and your goal. For example, I would not recommend someone tracks macros if they are very inexperienced
